What we keep

When you fill in the beta form on this site, or the Wanja form in a Facebook or Instagram ad, we keep:

• your name and WhatsApp number
• your role in the salon, the number of chairs, and where the salon is
• your answer about what went wrong most recently, if you gave one

From the site form we also keep your browser's user agent, the country your connection comes from, the page you sent the form from, and the site name the security check ran on.

Every visit to this site is also counted. Cloudflare Web Analytics records the page and a rough location without cookies. The Meta pixel tells Meta that your browser visited, and again if you send the form, so we can measure our Facebook and Instagram ads.

The form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to tell people from bots. That check is covered by Cloudflare's Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Why

To set up the beta with you, and to call or message you on WhatsApp about it. Nothing else.

Who sees it

• The Wanja team.
• Cloudflare, which stores the form and filters out spam.
• Resend, which sends the team an email with your name and number when you sign up.
• Meta, which holds the answers if you used the form in an ad.

How long

Until the beta ends, or until you tell us to stop, whichever comes first.

Deleting it

Message us on WhatsApp and say you want your details deleted. We remove them from the beta list and stop contacting you.
